Efecte adds GPT-powered chat to its service management platform

Driven by the latest technological developments, service management solution provider Efecte is adding the GPT language model capabilities to its platform, a move that will further boost the productivity of service desk agents, giving them the ability to provide faster and more accurate answers to customer inquiries. The features are currently available in Efecte Chat for Service Management, with plans to expand them across the solution.

The Efecte GPT-powered chat allows organizations to streamline their support processes and serve users more efficiently. Service desk agents can answer inquiries based on automated prompts, instantly retrieve relevant information from CMDB bases, knowledge bases and other sources, and handle multiple conversations at a time in different languages.

Enhancing efficiency with Efecte GPT-powered chat

Having tested the new features, our team found its greatest advantages to be the ease of use – we were able to answer questions with just one click, without needing to specify certain actions or properties beforehand; its speed – the GPT features can be combined with data from Efecte’s platform for even more targeted answers; the fact that it guarantees customers privacy – requests are made through OpenAI’s API, which means that no customer data is used to train the algorithm. so Efecte Chat users can decide between using the GPT answers, expand them or answer the query by themselves.

Following the acquisition of AI specialist InteliWISE and its integration into the Efecte platform, the company is working to introduce more GPT-powered features later this year, while also testing its own language model.
