The values brought to the customers by the new Self-Service portal (ESS2):
- A more intuitive user design
- Interaction tracking (the ability to follow up on open issue and see the comments sent to end-users),
- Consolidated and simplified administration (everything is handled in one place)
- Adaptive design (the ability to use any device)
ESS2 encourages users to interact with the portal, organizing the home screen around a search bar instead of the large icons seen in previous releases. Searching by keyword will display all related content. The data is the same as the one used by back-end agents but presented in a more user-friendly and intuitive way.
Efecte has already announced plans to continue adding new functionalities to the self-service portal, including the ability to go to the right person in order to solve issues more efficiently
